Aurelia.jobs on Zoom

Aurélia takes the notes.
You run the interview.

Connect your Zoom account, paste the link of a Zoom meeting you are attending, and Aurélia — the Aurelia.jobs assistant — joins as a clearly identified note-taker. It transcribes the conversation and posts a privacy notice in the meeting chat. No video is recorded.

Connect with Zoom

Requires a Zoom account. You will be asked to authorize the “Aurelia.jobs” app; you can revoke this at any time here or from your Zoom App Marketplace.

Aurélia, the Aurelia.jobs note-taker, as it appears in a meeting

What happens

  1. Connect with Zoom. We read your Zoom name and e-mail, and receive an on-behalf token scoped to the meeting you choose. Nothing else.
  2. Send Aurélia to a meeting. Paste the meeting link. The bot “Aurelia.jobs” asks to join, on your behalf — you must be in the meeting.
  3. Aurélia announces itself. Its name and picture are visible; it posts a notice in the chat (FR/EN/ES) with a link to our privacy policy. Any participant can object; the host can remove it at any time.
  4. Transcript. The transcript appears live on this page. It is kept for 7 days, then deleted. Disconnecting deletes everything immediately.
